Approvers and admins — and results are scoped to the spaces they can see. Viewers and editors don’t get the dashboard.
How is time on page measured?
Small heartbeats sent only while the reader’s tab is visible, capped at 30 minutes — so an open background tab doesn’t inflate reading time.
Does any usage data leave my server?
No. Events are stored in your own PostgreSQL database and aggregated on demand. There’s no third-party analytics service involved.
Are public-site visitors tracked?
Anonymously, and only page views on documents you’ve chosen to publish publicly — no cookies, no fingerprinting, just a view count with reading time.
