Can we turn comments off for the whole workspace?
Yes — one switch in Settings → Workspace hides every thread and blocks new comments instantly. Nothing is deleted; switching back on restores every thread.
How does the restricted-words list work?
Admins list words or phrases (case-insensitive). A comment containing one is rejected before it's saved, and the author is told which term to rephrase. Single words match whole words only, so “ban” never flags “banana”.
Do mentioned people get spammed?
Mention emails respect each user's notification switch, self-mentions notify nobody, and the dashboard notice is dismissible and auto-expires after 14 days.
